Shipping Fee Explanation

1. Orders with a total amount less than 2000 RMB

▪ If your order includes multiple boxes of goods, and the total amount (converted to RMB) is less than RMB 2000 :

This order can be shipped as a single package.

At this point, the order will only incur a standard shipping fee .

▪ Any overcharged shipping fees will be refunded via the original payment method after shipment.

▪Important Note: To ensure the system correctly calculates and charges this standard shipping fee, and to avoid duplicate billing due to system default rules, we will confirm and manually refund the shipping fee based on the specific items in your order. You can rest assured to pay directly; we will process the refund after shipment, and the refund amount will be returned to your original payment account. 

For example: If you purchase two boxes of cigars, A and B, with a total amount less than 2,000 RMB, and these two boxes can be packaged together in one parcel for shipment, then your order will only incur a standard shipping fee.

2. The total order amount reaches or exceeds 2,000 RMB.

▪ When your order includes multiple boxes of goods, and the total amount (converted to RMB) reaches or exceeds RMB 2000 :

Due to considerations such as international shipping regulations, customs requirements, package weight limits, and insurance, your order will have to be split into multiple packages for shipment.

At this point, the system will by default charge a separate shipping fee for each package (usually corresponding to one box of goods) .

For example: If you purchase two boxes of cigars, C and D, and the total amount, after conversion to RMB, reaches or exceeds 2,000 yuan, your order will be split into two packages, and the system will charge two shipping fees by default.
